| At the end of 2003 NG Stroy Ltd. started the erection of a hotel (Art Hotel) and an Appart House (Snow Legend) in Bansko. Both projects were finished successfully in 2005. Following a sale, Art Hotel was reconstructed in an Appart house and 4 family houses were built near by at the same plot. The Company has been granted Bramac’s prize for “Best roof” for the realisation of the roof of Snow Legend. |

| In Sept 2005 the erection of a residential building in Boyana (district in Sofia) was started. Built up area of 4,100 sq. m. Expected end in end 2007. |

At the end of 2006 the Company completed the finishing works, external design and environmental rehabilitation of a residential building, Manastirski livadi district of Sofia, with built up area of 9,800 sq. ì. |

| Mid April 2007 ã. The company entered the Slovak market by starting works on Bratislava River Park – Multifunctional park situated on the bench of Danube river, comprising 4 buildings: a mall, Kempinski hotel, residential and administrative buildings. The park has three underground levels. The participation in this project was finished beg. October 2007 |

At the beg. Of Sept 2006 started the construction of a residential building in Hipodruma district of Sofia. End expected end 2007. Built up area of 1,315 sq. m;
In parallel three family houses are being built – Kambanite, Boyana (finished) and Bistrica areas of Sofia. Total built up area of 2,000 sq. m. |
